Every HoneyFil package carries the same sixty-day satisfaction promise. The size of the order makes no difference to it, and the terms below apply identically to two bottles, three or six.
How long the HoneyFil promise runs
Sixty days, counted from the date of purchase rather than the date the box arrives. That distinction matters: transit takes some of the window, so the practical time for trying the product is sixty days minus however long delivery took.
Two bottles is exactly sixty days of supply at one gummy a day, which means the pair runs out as the window closes. Three and six bottles outlast the window comfortably.
Raising a HoneyFil claim, step by step
- Write before the window shuts — Email the seller's support desk inside sixty days of the purchase date. The message opens the claim; the date on it is what counts.
- Quote the order — Give the order number from the confirmation email, along with the name and address the order was placed under.
- Follow the instructions you get back — The seller sets out where to send the bottles and what to include. Following those instructions exactly is what keeps a claim moving.
- Send the bottles back — Used and unused bottles both go. Keep the tracking number until the refund has cleared.
What the promise covers
Simply deciding the product is not for you. There is no requirement to document a reason, and the promise is not conditional on finishing the bottles.
Who administers HoneyFil refunds
The seller, in full. They hold the order record, took the payment and issue the money back. This site holds none of that, so a claim sent here cannot be processed and only costs time in the forwarding.
When the money arrives
Once the returned bottles reach the seller and the claim is approved, the refund goes back to the card that paid. Banks add their own processing time on top, typically a few working days.
Before you order
The window is fixed and it opens the moment the payment goes through. If sixty days from the purchase date is the length of trial you want, the two-bottle package is the size that matches it exactly.
